Exchange and Return Policy

The buyer has a period of 14 clear days, starting from the receipt of the product by them or by a third party designated by them (or, in case of an order of multiple products delivered separately, starting from the receipt of the last product), to exercise their right of withdrawal.

No return will be accepted without a request for and obtaining of a return number. The seller undertakes to replace the product or refund the amounts paid by the customer, free of charge, except for return costs and credit card fees. If the customer chooses a refund, it will be due within a maximum period of 15 days.
